Intro to Tumbling (Intro) with Coach Mikey Our Intro class teaches tumbling basics like forward and backwards rolls, handstands, cartwheels and bridges on the floor. Tumblers will also learn a variety of jumps on our Tumbl Trak, expanding their knowledge of body positions and terminology. Classes will not be held: 1/1, 2/16, 5/25, 7/3, 9/7, 11/26, 11/27, 12/24 - 12/31
