About This Activity
Description
Teens will meet up twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays for a 45 minute high energy workout from 3:15-4:00pm in the dance room at the Colony Park Community Center. Staff will lead the participants in cardio conditioning, with jump ropes and fun exercise-based games. As well as strength training with resistance bands, along with basic yoga for overall balance, flexibility, core strength and mindful movements.
Yoga mats, resistance bands and jump ropes will be provided at each session. High energy music will be played to help pump everyone up and get things started! This is a fun way to help encourage teens to be active and healthy without having to participate in a competitive sport as well as keep them moving over the summer.
$50 for 6 Workouts!
