Description
Join the fun of ballroom dancing! Improve your self-confidence, memory, balance, and many other physical benefits, and enjoy the fun dancing can provide. Begin the New Year with a swing in your step. Session 1, featured in the Fall Activity guide covered the basics of Swing and Foxtrot. For Session II, starting in February, we will introduce Waltz while continuing with more Swing & Foxtrot. In Session III, we’ll move to a Latin beat with Tango & Salsa. Session IV, we will continue the Latin rhythm with instruction in Rumba & Cha-Cha. All sessions include beginning, intermediate, & advanced instruction to accommodate the varying abilities of the class. Students may enroll in all three or choose sessions separately.
