About This Activity
Description
Big Drama. Big Laughs. Big Confidence.
Mad science, misunderstood monsters, and villagers who really love their pitchforks. In this one-week drama camp, students perform a comedic, melodramatic version of Frankenstein, filled with outrageous characters, big reactions, and monster-sized fun. From dramatic lab experiments to horrible puns to chaotic chases through the audience, kids lean into physical comedy, storytelling, and larger-than-life-acting - building confidence and creativity all week long before a live performance for family and friends. No experience necessary- just imagination and sense of fun!
Taught by playwright- Brendan P. Kelso, author of 40+ published stage adaptations with 20 years of experience running youth drama camps- whose motto is "the best way to learn is to have fun."
