About This Activity
Introduction to Calligraphy welcomes you to the art of writing. This is a calligraphy class for beginners. During this 4-week course, you will learn how to use a pen and nib and create the basic strokes that make up the fundamentals of letterforms. We will explore the pointed dip pen and perform drills that will help you create consistent strokes and even improve your handwriting! By the end of this course, you will be able to use a dip pen to write in a classic modern calligraphy style. Check your registration receipt for a link to the supply list.
