About This Activity
Come to the class you really love after school, Art! Drawing, Painting, and Sculpting with clay will be explored. Students may also work on personal projects. Week 1- After a demo on clay building techniques, explore creating your favorite animal, character, vessel, or whatever you like! Week 2- Drawing from use of the figurative mannequins, create 5 stick people in correct proportions Week 3- Using head mannequins as references, draw 5 different angles of correct proportioned head positions Week 4- Hands Week 5- tree studies -painting layout Week 6- plein’ air- finish tree painting Week 7- figure, hand, tree, or vessel clay work- nature pressing Week 8- finish all artwork Please check your registration confirmation email for a link to the supply list.
