Performance art is created through actions executed by the artist or other participants. It may be witnessed live or through documentation, spontaneously developed or written, and is traditionally presented to a public in a fine art context in an interdisciplinary mode. In Performance Art Practices we will be going through a series of skill building exercises meant to help center your focus and assist with recontextualizing your surroundings. This is a class that calls for self-exploration and can be used as a form of meditation. Supply List: Yoga Mat
