About This Activity
NOTE: Class will skip one week during the quarter, date TBD. Beginning weavers continue their studies and gain weaving independence in this studio class. Add extras to your weaving by accenting with stripes. Learn how to design with colors and textures to add interest to your cloth. Class discussions, demonstrations, and woven samples help students learn terminology, reading patterns, and project planning. Weavers who can dress a loom independently may design a study or project with the help of the instructor. Weavers who have completed “Weaving Introduction Workshop” will be comfortable in this class. A beginner project will be available for brand new weavers. Supplies are included in the registration fee.
