Description
Come join us for Basketball 101 at Peachtree Hills!
This program will teach the students the fundamentals of basketball and the "How's" and "Why's" of the game. Each student will learn how to dribble, make lay-ups, free-throws, jump shots, and proper shooting technique and mechanics. In addition, each participant will be introduced to new elements of exercise and proper nutrition for an athlete at any age.
