Description
Summer crafting is in season! Local Atlanta artist, Heather Baker, will be leading a variety of workshops at the Park. From beginners to experts, these programs can be enjoyed by all. Spend time in the Park while creating something fun - all while making new friends!During this workshop, you'll design a stamped bandana after creating a block printed stamp! Learn techniques to carve, ink, and print a linocut block to start your journey into printmaking! No previous experience necessary - we'll go through the process step-by-step. Participants can also use each other's stamps to make collaborative and exciting patterns!!!
Minimum of 8 registrants needed for program to run. Piedmont Park Conservancy believes that cost should not be a barrier to participation. Please reach out to Kaycee Walker - kwalker@piedmontpark.org for information on financial assistance or with any questions.
