Come Join us for Performance Youth Training @ Anthony Flanagan!
Performance training is designed to enhance an individual's athletic abilities through a combination of strength, speed, agility, and endurance exercises. This training focuses on improving overall physical performance, helping individuals develop better technique, increase core power, and refine their movement patterns.
When: June 2 - July 31, 2025. Tuesdays/Thursdays - 6:00p.m. - 8:00p.m.Who: Youth - Ages 5 - 12 years old.Cost: $0
