Description
Come Join us for Teen Weight Training at MLK Recreation Center!
This class will teach teens the proper techniques and methods of lifting weights. We will introduce participants to the vocabulary of the weight room, naming the exercises and equipment, along with the proper muscle groups and structure. Each session will consist of a 30-minute instructional lesson and then a 30-minute training session.
When: June 3 - July 31, 2025. Tuesdays/Thursdays - 6:30p.m. - 7:30p.mWho: Teens - 14 - 18 years old.Cost: $0
