About This Activity
Please note: Class skips April 9th for Spring break. This class begins with a contemporary barre warmup and leads into improvisation. Contemporary barre includes modern and contemporary dance interpretations of classical ballet barre exercises. Creative Improvisation features movement invention exercises focusing on both contact improvisation and individual expressions of movement. (Appropriate for Prime Level Company Dancers). This class will perform in the Spring recital and has a $70 costume fee (dancers keep their costumes). 16 weeks. Max 10 students. (Appropriate for Prime Level Company Dancers).
