Please note: Class skips October 16th for Fall Break A high energy hip-hop class that begins with a cardio based strengthening warm up and moves on to fluid hip-hop phrases. This class explores rhythm, movement quality and performance with lots of fun and energizing music. This is a non-performing class. 14 weeks. Max 10 students. (Appropriate for Prime and Pro-Prime Level Company Dancers).
