Note: Class skips October 14th for Fall Break. A high energy hip-hop class that begins with a cardio based strengthening warm up and moves on to fluid hip-hop phrases. This class explores rhythm, movement quality and performance with lots of fun and energizing music. This class is non-performing in the Fall.
