Level of USE – per hour , does not include materials/supplies Level 1- Coal or Gas forge and hand tools ONLY --$25/hr. Level 2- Coal or Gas forge and hand tools and a grinder --$35/hr. Level 3- Coal or gas forge and hand tools, a grinder and power hammer--$50/hr. Materials/Supplies Mild steel- $2.00 per pound Tool steel - $12.00 per foot/sold in 1 foot increments Belts – ANY grit - $8.00 each
