About This Activity
Using curricular material from Dave Ramsey's personal finance course for high school students, each student will receive instruction for and common sense skills in their development of Financial Literacy. This camp will present personal finance from a biblical worldview perspective. Each student will retain access to Ramsey Solutions tools (budgeting, planning, etc) for one-year. Additionally, students will receive a 0.25 Upper School credit upon completion: Topics include: - Budgeting Basics - Saving Money - Credit and Debt - Consumer Awareness - Career Readiness - College Planning - Financial Services - The Role of Insurance - Income and Taxes - Housing and Real Estate - Investment and Retirement - Comprehensive Real World Project (due two-weeks after the course ends).
