Get ready to hit the road with confidence! Driver’s Education training will be offered this summer, led by Police Officer Cindy Edenfield. This course fulfills the 30-hour Joshua’s Law classroom requirement for the state of Georgia and includes the Alcohol & Drug Awareness Program (ADAP) certification. NOT Behind the wheel training. Dates: June 2 - June 13 (2 weeks) Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday – Friday) Location: Knox Hall Building Key Details: Students do not need a permit to enroll. AAA Approved Drivers Education Curriculum A workbook will be provided for students to keep. What to bring: A copy of their birth certificate (with their legal name) Notebook & pens/pencils for taking notes Cell phones will be collected at the beginning of each class—no phone use allowed during instruction.
