Join us for Martial Arts in the Morning! Bring your coffee, yourself, your friend! This course session is open to people of all ages and abilities who would like to explore Martial Arts for the first time. Participants will learn basic Karate Techniques and then practice the techniques with a partner. Class will end with a self-defense move that is suggested for real-life situations. Start your day with us, and have fun learning something new and how to stay safe. A parent or guardian must accompany students who are 15 to 17.
