About This Activity
Description
Welcome Back! Workouts include head to toe movement. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and sprint for a good challenge. Bring your own equipment (noodles, hand buoys, water bottle, water shoes and anything else you might need). Everyone is encouraged to workout at their own fitness level and the water provides resistance with or without equipment.
