About This Activity
Description
If your social well-being is almost as important to you as your health, this is the class for you! Class will focus on strength, balance, range of motion, while laughing and having a good time. Bring your own equipment (noodles, hand buoys, water bottle, water shoes). Everyone is encouraged to work out at their own fitness level and the water provides resistance with or without equipment.
