About This Activity
A limited number of financial need-based scholarships are available for each program. Families may show evidence of financial need by showing SNAP or Free/Reduced lunch status, or a 2022 or 2023 federal tax return. IF ACCEPTED, A $30 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE IS NEEDED TO CONFIRM ATTENDANCE. Shimmy into a week of STEAM exploration intertwined with the magic of music and art! Campers will embark on a hands-on journey where they unravel the science behind sound, investigate the math in music, and create their own instruments. Along the way, they’ll explore the science and math concepts behind several art lessons, from patterns and symmetry to optical illusions, and use technology and creativity to compose original tunes and colorful designs. Get ready for a harmonious blend of art, music, science, and math! Camp takes places on IMSA's campus in Aurora. The AM session runs from 8:30-11:30am. Individual campers should only attend one session per camp.
