Sports Performance Co-ed (6th-8th) ALL SUMMER This camp is for the new student (co-ed) or a student with less than 2 years of lifting experience. Campers will learn and participate in body weight exercises, speed and endurance training, and interval training workouts. If you have any questions about cost, the session, or want to talk about weekly/daily attendance please contact the Athletics department. It is important to understand any time spent participating in this program will be beneficial for your student athlete.
