About This Activity
Join us for a week of performing music in a percussion ensemble! Intended for students to broaden their studies in percussion, this camp allows students the opportunity to develop proficiencies on many different percussion instruments, while learning the skills needed to perform in this unique type of ensemble. Campers will play music from today's most sought after percussion composers, and perform together on a final Friday concert under the direction of Andrew Dobos. Instruments to include marimba, hand drums, drumset, vibraphone, timpani, all auxiliary percussion, and more! Prerequisite: Must have basic sheet music reading experience.
