About This Activity
If you are a 5th-8th grader who plans to play flag football or volleyball for Paragon this fall, come join us for Preseason Camp! This is a great chance to develop skills with your coaches and get a head start playing with your teammates. In addition to skill work, at preseason camp we will progressively prepare the body for the physical demands of the upcoming seasons, with a focus on speed/agility, nutrition/hydration, and mobility/athletic training.
