About This Activity
Description
Aquatic exercises are performed in deep and shallow water. Suitable for all fitness levels. Classes will improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Stationary movements are utilized to improve core strength. A limited supply of floatation belts, pool noodles, and hand floats are available for use during class; participants are encouraged to bring their own, too. Participants must practice social distancing. Have fun getting a workout outside with other members of the community this summer!
