In this fun camp young chefs will practice essential kitchen skills and master the fundamentals of cooking. Kids will enjoy working alongside, classmates learning techniques for baking a variety of recipes commonly found in a pastry kitchen, to include Macaroons, assorted pastries and more. Students will also learn how to read and follow recipes, measure, mixing, and the importance of kitchen safety. NOTES: Culinary Dress Code is required. Work tables for Culinary Kid's College are 3 ft. high. Although not required, it is recommended that participants be at least 4 feet tall in order to reach the prep area and work comfortably.
