About This Activity
Self-Defense for Kids (Ages 8–16)....This engaging and age-appropriate class teaches children and teens to stay aware, set boundaries, and protect themselves in a fun and supportive environment. Students will practice real-world safety techniques through drills and role-play scenarios that help build confidence, awareness, and personal responsibility. No jewelery, please wear closed toe shoes such as tennis shoes. Some accommodations require up to four weeks to arrange, so please contact DRS early.
