Gilman Speed and Strength Camp This camp’s overall objective is to teach young student-athletes the fundamentals of athletic movement. During each session, athletes will learn proper speed, agility, and change of direction techniques followed by a strength training program designed to promote healthy and resilient athletes. All training sessions will be led by Stephen Yorkman, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Gilman School.
