Come and experience, The No-Gi Grip Academy: Gi Gripping Jiu Jitsu program! Our 8-week academy combines the fundamentals of wrestling/grappling, Jiu-jitsu, and fitness in a fun engaging environment. Students will enter the world of Jiu-jitsu in a new innovative way using our grip strengthener, The No-Gi Grip. A strong grip is needed in the martial art forms of Jiu-jitsu and in every day life. Students will improve overall strength, flexibility, build confidence, social skills thru teamwork, good sportsmanship, and more thru games, drills, and fun exercises.
