About This Activity
Description: Students will learn the basic levels of hip hop. Students will work with world-renowned dancer and choreographer Latik McNeil, who has been featured on Netflix, AFRAM, Artscape, and more, to create a final performance featured at our End of Session Celebration. Attire: Black leggings and black t-shirt OR Black sweat pants/gym pants and black t-shirt, comfortable sneakers. Format: This class will be an in-person class. Masks are recommended but not required. The max capacity for this class is 10 participants. Cost of class: This class costs $18 ($3 per week for 6 weeks). Scholarships are available! We have scholarships available for every class. If you are unable to pay the class fee, please email: director@jubileeartsbaltimore.organd request a full or 50% off scholarship. We want EVERYONE to enjoy a class at Jubilee Arts, so reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate. End-of-Session Celebration: All participants will present their final projects at our celebration, Friday, May 22nd, at 6:00 PM.
