About This Activity
Girls in grades 5-8 will build skills, confidence and teamwork through fun drills, position training and game play in this fast-paced flag football camp. Campers will learn the fundamentals of offense and defense while developing speed, agility and sportsmanship. Activities are designed for all skill levels, creating a supportive environment where players can learn, compete and have fun.
