About This Activity
This registration reserves your spot in the full school-year long Art at VCES: 31 weeks. Payment plans available. This school-year long course is part of our ongoing multi-year curriculum, and was created for students who love to draw, paint and sculpt! Over the school year and through our program, students are introduced to fine art skills, material handling, art history, cultural projects, problem-solving skills, and art appreciation...but most of all the exciting process of making art! Tuition includes all fine art materials, clay firings, instruction and Art Show. $20 non-refundable registration fee holds your spot and goes towards the full tuition amount. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Schoolyear-Long Classes (October through June) If you’ve registered and prepaid any amount in advance for upcoming classes, and you cancel your school-year long registration by the dates listed below, you'll receive your choice of a credit or a refund, minus the cancellation fees as follows: Cancel before October 1, 2025 $60 cancel fee if refunded / $30 cancel fee if left as credit on your account Cancel before December 15, 2025 $30 cancel fee if refunded / $15 cancel fee if left as credit on your account Cancel before March 31, 2026 $15 cancel fee if refunded / $10 cancel fee if left as credit on your account You are able to cancel your schoolyear-long registrations independently, on your Active account. If you require our assistance, there is a $5 fee to cover our time and resources to take care of that on your behalf, at your request. The non-refundable registration fee of $20 per student holds your spot and goes towards your tuition.
