A complementary, three-week series designed to help you create meaningful change in your health and well-being. Each weekly 45-minute session introduces the essentials of stress management, weight loss, and overall health, with a special focus on the menopause journey. In the first session, we’ll learn to identify stressors and explore everyday ways to relieve them—including movement, mindset, and reflection. You’ll be invited to begin new habits and share your experiences. In our weight loss session, we’ll discuss common challenges, relate stress to success and setbacks, and explore the importance of finding your motivation. The final week brings everything together with practical tools for setting health goals and clarifying what support matters most for you. Expect helpful insights, community conversation, and the chance to create your own path forward—just bring your curiosity and readiness to explore!
