About This Activity
Description
Come join our campaign for a healthier lifestyle. Fitness for Kids is a 6 week training program that encourages kids to be active. Through this program kids will get the recommended amount of exercise in a fun manner and at their own pace, learn to interact with others through team play, and engage in fun activities that will build motor skills, coordination, and agility. Kids will learn simple exercise routines that can be done at home with minimal to no equipment.
Please Bring a water bottle.
