Description
Fall Ball Fundamentals is a four-week instructional baseball program designed to help young players build confidence and improve the core skills of the game. Each 1.5 hour session focuses on a different fundamental, combining skill development with fun drills and game-like activities. Whether players are new to baseball or preparing for the next season, this program provides a great opportunity to learn, improve, and have fun in a positive environment. Players will develop proper hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running techniques while also learning teamwork, sportsmanship, and the fundamentals of game play.
