About This Activity
Description
This six-week ballet class gives kids a fun, low pressure introduction to the basics of ballet. In this class we will learn the basic positions, steps, and beginner movements of ballet. Dancers will work on coordination and slow, smooth body movements. Ballet is great for building self-esteem and confidence.
Thursday mornings Mar 5-Apr 9. 10:00am-10:45am. Located at the NCC: 515 East D St.
The class will finish with a group recital routine on Saturday, April 11th at 11:30am at the NCC.
Dancers should wear comfortable clothes, uniforms are not required.
Please note, we are not a dance company and this recreational dance program is non-competitive.
