About This Activity
Join SET Ms. Pan as she introduces students to the amazing world of Chinese cooking! Students will learn about traditions related to Chinese food and the special properties of Chinese ingredients and spices, as well as their connection to health. Students will be involved in cleaning, chopping, and cooking their meats and vegetables used in the dishes while also following basic hygiene and safety.
