About This Activity
Description
This is a high intensity cardio workout! Floatation belts are worn to assist with proper alignment and buoyancy. Participants must be comfortable in deep water. Not recommended for those with shoulder injuries.
Bring hydration and a floatation belt if you have one.
No day of registration. Registration closes at 5:00 pm on Saturday, December 28.
Please bring a floatation belt if you have one and hydration.
