This Broadway-style class captures the energy, heart, and “Seize the Day” spirit of Newsies! Young performers will step into the world of newspaper boys turned performers as they sing, dance, and march through high-energy choreography and powerful ensemble numbers from the show. In a fun, supportive environment, students build vocal strength, dance technique, coordination, and stage presence while learning how to perform as a dynamic, unified ensemble. Along the way, they’ll explore storytelling through movement, teamwork, and character, channeling the grit, joy, and determination of Broadway’s favorite paper-selling rebels. Performers learn 1-2 numbers from the musical and the session ends with a lively showcase on November 15 at 3 pm for families packed with big energy and Broadway flair!
