Counselor in Training 2 Age: 15 · Regular: $125· EB: $75 · All six weeks Year two, and the training is over. You'll be placed with a unit, handed real responsibility, and trusted to make the call in the moment. Staff will push you, coach you, then step back so you can find out who you are with a clipboard in your hand. This is the summer you stop practicing and start leading.
