Bakers will discover classic techniques using local and seasonal ingredients to create and bake delicious snacks, meals, and desserts. Campers will learn culinary basics in the teaching kitchen while enjoying their baked creations daily. A variety of doughs including pizza, doughnuts, and breads, are on the week’s menu. On Friday, participants will compete in a bake-off for the most creative, flavorful, and overall best doughnut! Same camp, new recipes! If you enjoyed this camp last summer, Chef Regina hopes you will come back again to perfect your techniques on new recipes and mentor new chefs. New menu items include; cookie dough, focaccia, scones and more.
