Description
Coach Craig Richardson is bringing his years of experience coaching young athletes to the youth of the area looking to take their athletic performance to the next level. The Weight Training class is for youth grades 6th-12th. This class will teach young athletes how to safely use weights and weight room equipment and weight room etiquette. Athletes will increase their strength, balance and coordination with proper weightlifting and training techniques. Upon completion of the course, through evaluation, athletes under the age of 15 will receive a completion card. This card will give athletes full access to the weight room and other fitness areas that have age restrictions.
Classes will meet every Sunday from 9-11am at the Berea Recreation Center for a total of 4 sessions.
Dates - February 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd
Participation Fee is $75
