About This Activity
Beginners Gymnastics Children benefit from gymnastics regardless of the age they begin! Gymnasts will learn the most fundamental gymnastics skills on each event (floor, bars, beam, vault, rings, trampoline…), as well as improve the physical abilities that will provide them with the physical literacy needed in other sports in life and gymnastics. Each gymnast progresses at their own pace, the gymnasts will be grouped by gender, age, and level (depending on group numbers), to best develop their abilities. Some of the Level 1 skills include forward and backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels."
