BODYATTACK is a high-intensity cardio workout designed to build strength and stamina. This high-energy class combines sports-inspired athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. In the event of inclement weather, this class will move indoors. Please bring your own mat. In the event of inclement weather, this class may not be held.
