About This Activity
Description
This introductory acro and tumbling class is designed to develop motor skills, body awareness, and foundational technique for young children. Students will practice skills such as forward rolls, log rolls, bridges, pre-handstands, and basic balances. Each activity emphasizes safe progressions, proper alignment, and age-appropriate strength and flexibility exercises.
