Green 1 players will learn how to use height and spin on groundstrokes. Players will develop forehand court control and dominance. Also learn to serve out wide into the body and up the T on the serve. Learn the ability to hit the return of serve on the rise. Also learn how to approach the net using multiple shots topspin, slice and flat. Learn to make swing adjustments based off of shot situations.
