About This Activity
This program is offered to rising 1st through 6th grade Woods students ONLY. Woods Students include currently enrolled students and 2024-2025 newly enrolled students. Let’s Play! Join Mrs. Pabon and Mrs. Florescu for a fun-filled week of music. Daily activities will include morning sing-along, recorder class, percussion ensemble, Orff class (xylophones, singing, and movement), and instrument exploration (violin, cello, flute, piano, and guitar). Before and after care is available and will include music-themed activities including composer corner, performer spotlight, and music theory games. A minimum of 10 students is needed to have this program. A maximum of 30 students can enroll. Before Care and After Care are optional, but registration is REQUIRED if a student plans to attend. These optional items may be chosen later in registration: Before Care (8:00 - 9:00 AM): $50 After Care (3:00 - 5:00 PM): $100 Questions? Contact Mrs. Sharon Pabon at spabon@woodsacademy.org. NO proration of program fees will be available under any circumstances. NO refunds, credits, or transfers will be available after FRIDAY, MAY 10, 2024 unless a program is canceled by the school. Canceled programs will also be determined by this date.
