About This Activity
This camp is designed for pitchers who have Varsity level experience. Athletes will learn advanced throwing mechanics for all movement pitches, along with the mental side of pitching and how to set up hitters. *Please provide your own catcher for camp. This could be a parent, sibling, teammate, friend, etc.
