Camp Dean Sleepaway Camp Week 7 – One Week Later… – CDOWk7 J, C, S, A | **Entering grades 5-12 Camp Dean, Big Rock IL $545 ($520 before March 1, 2024) July 28 – August 2, 2024 Drop-off Sunday, July 128: 4–4:30 p.m. Pick-up Friday, August 2: 4–4:30 p.m. Register by June 8, 2024 Grab your bugout bag and take refuge at Camp Dean from the undead invasion! Can your camper survive a world without electronics, human-made materials, and most of all, filled with zombies? Campers will expand their knowledge on orienteering, First Aid, shelter building, target sports, and more outdoor skills. When you’re lost in the dark, look for the light. Campers will work towards their Outdoor and Adventure badge series as they join the resistance and survive! Camper Care Package Surprise your Girl Scout when arriving at summer camp with a special Summer 2024 Camper Care Kit! These kits make great gifts for your camper. Kits are filled with both practical and fun items to enhance the camp experience, all in a custom, colorable box! They will be distributed upon arrival at camp to give them even more to do during their camp stay, because “Think Outside—No Box Required!” Summer 2024 Camper Care Kits sell for $40 each and can be purchased via GSNI’s registration site. The deadline for ordering Summer 2024 Camper Care Kits is Friday, May 24, 2024! Camper Care Kits are nonrefundable, fees cannot be placed on camper payment plan, and care package fees are not eligible to be covered by Campership. Camper Care Kits must be ordered at the time of registration. Prepaid Trading Post Account You can pre-pay for your camper to have Trading Post money to spend on camp merchandise during their camp stay in $10, $20, up to $50 allotments. Any unused money in your camper’s Trading Post account will be directed to our Campership Assistance program (not refunded) to increase access for future Girl Scouts to attend Girl Scout camp.
